Non-OBHA Members residing or working in SAMHSA Region 6 states (Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and 68 Federally Recognized Tribes) attend for free.
Non-OBHA Members residing or working outside of SAMHSA Region 6 states can register for $45.
